These 5-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cups are a simple treat that combines chocolate and peanut butter for a delicious dessert.

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone liners.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir and continue heating in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
- Spoon about 1–2 teaspoons of melted chocolate into each liner. Place the tray in the freezer for 5–10 minutes until set.
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and sea salt. Heat briefly and stir until smooth.
- Remove the tray from the freezer and pour the peanut butter mixture over each chocolate layer. Return to the freezer for about 5 minutes.
- Spoon the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, fully covering it.
- Place the tray back in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour until completely set.
- Transfer to the refrigerator and store chilled until serving.
Notes
- Keep these peanut butter cups cold. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
- If stored in the freezer, let them sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before eating.
- Use natural peanut butter. Stir well before using if the oil has separated.
- Ensure each layer is set before adding the next layer.
- Silicone muffin liners are recommended for easier removal.
