Description
Deliciously soft and fluffy banana bread cinnamon rolls with a sweet cinnamon filling and cream cheese frosting.

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (for frosting)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the cinnamon filling evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- For the frosting, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Spread the frosting over the warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Ensure bananas are very ripe for the best flavor.
- Can substitute cream cheese frosting with a simple glaze if preferred.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
