- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a separate pot, steam the broccoli and carrots until tender.
- Assemble the bowl by placing rice at the bottom, followed by the cooked chicken, steamed vegetables, and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness of the sauce by adding more or less sriracha.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas.
