Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot and sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking for another minute.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and beef broth to the pot.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot.
