Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a little butter to coat the surface.
- Dip each slice of cinnamon roll bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.
- Place the soaked bread slices onto the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the skillet and serve warm with maple syrup drizzled on top.
