Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
