- ½ cup rolled oats (regular or gluten-free)
- ½ cup milk of choice (chocolate milk for dessert vibes)
- 2–3 tsp peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 tsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)
- Dash of sea salt
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small jar or bowl with a lid.
- Stir well until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- To serve: Top with cocoa nibs, an extra peanut butter drizzle, dark chocolate chips, sliced banana, or all of the above.
Notes
- Sweetness is customizable—use the maple syrup as a guide and adjust to taste.
- Optional add-in: 2 tsp shredded coconut.
