- 6 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches and sugar, and let sit for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Pour the peach mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Pour the batter over the peaches, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
- Can substitute fresh peaches with canned peaches if necessary.
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the peaches.
