Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced apples with cinnamon, nutmeg, and half of the brown sugar.
  3. Spread the apple mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix together oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, and salt.
  5. Pour melted butter over the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the apples are bubbly.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
