Description
Cranberry Brie Mini Tarts are a delightful appetizer combining creamy brie and sweet cranberry sauce.

- 12 frozen mini phyllo cups
- 6 tsp triple cream brie cheese
- 6 tsp cranberry sauce
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Place the phyllo cups into a mini muffin tin.
- Fill each cup with about ½ teaspoon brie.
- Bake for 10 minutes, until the cups are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top each cup with ½ teaspoon cranberry sauce.
- Finish with a light sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper. Serve warm.
Notes
- You can easily double or triple the recipe for a crowd.
- Triple cream brie melts best and gives a smoother texture than regular brie.
- If the cups cool before serving, reheat briefly in the oven for best results.
