  • 18 oz (510 g) high-quality white chocolate chips (about 3 cups)
  • 3 cups chopped Oreo cookies (about 20 regular cookies)
  • Optional: ⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment or wax paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk (add salt if using). Stir frequently until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped Oreo cookies, reserving a few pieces for the top.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the reserved Oreo pieces on top.
  5. Let set at room temperature until firm, or refrigerate to speed up the process.
  6. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper. Slice into squares with a warm, dry knife.
  7. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 5–7 days.
