Description
Easy 3-Ingredient Oreo Fudge Recipe
Ingredients
Scale
- 14 oz (396 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 18 oz (510 g) high-quality white chocolate chips (about 3 cups)
- 3 cups chopped Oreo cookies (about 20 regular cookies)
- Optional: ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment or wax paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk (add salt if using). Stir frequently until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in the chopped Oreo cookies, reserving a few pieces for the top.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the reserved Oreo pieces on top.
- Let set at room temperature until firm, or refrigerate to speed up the process.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper. Slice into squares with a warm, dry knife.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 5–7 days.
Notes
- Use good-quality white chocolate for a smoother texture and better flavor.
- Refrigeration helps the fudge set faster but is not required.
- For clean cuts, wipe the knife between slices.
