Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- If desired, mix in cocoa powder and chopped nuts.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a piece of parchment paper.
- Roll the parchment paper tightly to form a log.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, slice into pinwheels and serve.
