- 1 lb lean ground lamb
- 1 lb lean ground beef (90/10 mix)
- 4 cloves garlic peeled and finely chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley finely chopped

- toum garlic spread (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the grated onion, ground lamb, ground beef, chopped garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, turmeric, and paprika.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Cover the mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your grill or broiler to medium-high heat.
- Shape the meat mixture onto skewers, pressing it firmly to ensure it holds together.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
- Serve the kabobs with optional ground sumac, lemon wedges, and toum garlic spread.
Notes
- For best results, use a mix of lamb and beef for flavor and texture.
- Soaking wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes can prevent them from burning on the grill.
