- 4 cups rice or corn Chex cereal
Instructions
- Blend freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until they form a fine powder.
- Microwave white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Place cereal in a large bowl. Pour melted white chocolate over the cereal and gently stir until evenly coated without crushing the pieces.
- Transfer the coated cereal into a large sealed bag. Add the strawberry powder and shake gently until all pieces are evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and refrigerate for about 15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
- Keep in an airtight container for freshness.
