Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
