Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and water.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
- Stir the mixture every 30 minutes to break up any ice crystals.
- Once fully frozen, scoop the sorbet into bowls and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
- Feel free to add other fruits for different flavors.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
