Description

A refreshing and healthy dessert made with fresh strawberries, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and water.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
  4. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes to break up any ice crystals.
  5. Once fully frozen, scoop the sorbet into bowls and serve immediately.
