Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup water
- Extra sea salt for topping (optional)

- Allow crackers to cool completely before serving or storing.
Notes
- Coarse Kosher salt can be used instead of sea salt.
- Makes about 30–40 crackers; double the batch for parties, rolling out in two separate batches.
