Ingredients
Scale
- 8 big organic lemons (or 9 small)

- Pour the cooled syrup over the lemon peels.
- Cover and let infuse for 24 hours to several days, away from direct sunlight.
- Strain out the lemon peels using a fine sieve.
- Store in clean glass bottles in the refrigerator.
- Serve cold or diluted with water.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of sugar.
- For a stronger flavor, let the peels infuse longer.
