Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp salted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Optional toppings: raspberries, strawberries, whipped cream, broken cookies, graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.
  2. Put 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of each glass or serving dish.
  3. In a large bowl, pour the whipped cream in and beat on high until stiff peaks form.

  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until creamy.
  6. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag or divide it evenly among the cups.
