Description

No Bake Strawberry Jello Lasagna is a delicious layered dessert featuring a creamy cheesecake layer, strawberry Jello, and a crunchy Oreo crust.


Ingredients

  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cup whipped cream
  • 1 1/3 cup diced fresh strawberries (about 5.5 oz)
  • 3 oz strawberry flavored gelatin (like Jello)
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 4 cups whipped cream
  • 23 cups whipped cream (for topping)
  • 45 oz white chocolate bar, for curls

Instructions

  1. Grind whole Oreo cookies with the filling in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Stir in 1/2 cup melted butter until evenly moistened.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Freeze to firm while preparing the cheesecake layer.
  4. In a bowl, cream together 1/2 cup softened butter, 8 oz cream cheese, and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in 1 1/4 cup whipped cream.
  6. Gently fold in diced strawberries.
  7. Spread mixture evenly over chilled Oreo crust. Refrigerate.
  8. In a bowl, dissolve 3 oz strawberry gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water.
  9. Whisk in 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt until smooth.
  10. Fold in 4 cups whipped cream until evenly combined.
  11. Pour over the cheesecake layer and smooth the top.
  12. Refrigerate 2–3 hours until set.
  13. Spread 2 cups whipped cream on top.
  14. To make chocolate curls, carefully run a vegetable peeler across a bar of white chocolate at room temperature. Sprinkle curls over the top.
  15. Refrigerate for 2 more hours or overnight.

Notes

  • For whipped cream, you can use thawed whipped topping like Cool Whip (about 22 oz).
  • For homemade whipped cream, beat 3 1/2 cups chilled heavy cream with 2 tsp vanilla until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar to taste, then continue mixing until stiff peaks form.
