  • 1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, sage, salt, and pepper to the skillet; stir to combine.
  5. Mix the cooked pasta with the sausage and pumpkin mixture until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
