Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup mushroom soup
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  2. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth and mushroom soup, then pour over the meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. If desired, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the sauce to thicken before serving.
