- 16 oz roasted unsalted peanuts (not dry roasted)
- ¼–½ tsp salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Spread peanuts on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes, until slightly darker and fragrant.
- Transfer roasted peanuts to a food processor. Process for 3–5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Add salt gradually, tasting as you go, and process another minute to incorporate.
- Pour peanut butter into a 16 oz jar with a lid. Refrigerate immediately.
