- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, peanut butter, oats, and baking soda until well combined.
- Spread the brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie mixture on top of the brownie batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For extra fudginess, do not overbake.
- Feel free to add nuts or other mix-ins to the brownie batter.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
