Description
Crispy air fryer salmon bites seasoned with garlic and lemon.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound skinless salmon filet, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons melted butter (or ghee/olive oil for Whole30)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Season the salmon: Place the salmon cubes in a mixing bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Add the sauce: In the same bowl, add melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Toss until the salmon is fully coated.
- Air fry the salmon: Line the air fryer basket (prevents sauce from dripping). Place the salmon cubes in the basket in a single layer. Avoid crowding; cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5–7 minutes. No need to shake halfway through.
- Serve: Drizzle any remaining garlic lemon butter over the salmon bites. Serve as an appetizer, on a salad, or in a macro bowl.
Notes
- Swap butter for ghee or olive oil for a Whole30-friendly version.
- Keep salmon cubes in a single layer to ensure even cooking.
