Instructions

  1. Season the salmon: Place the salmon cubes in a mixing bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Add the sauce: In the same bowl, add melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Toss until the salmon is fully coated.
  3. Air fry the salmon: Line the air fryer basket (prevents sauce from dripping). Place the salmon cubes in the basket in a single layer. Avoid crowding; cook in batches if needed.
  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5–7 minutes. No need to shake halfway through.
