A delicious and creamy cheesecake flavored with apple cider.

- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham crackers and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add apple cider, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
- Remove from oven and let it cool.
- Spread sour cream on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Use fresh apple cider for best flavor.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating.
- Top with apple slices or caramel if desired.
