Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham crackers and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add apple cider, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
  8. Remove from oven and let it cool.
  9. Spread sour cream on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Serve chilled.
