Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Remove shells from the hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Slice eggs lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
  3. Place yolks in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add avocado to the bowl with the yolks.
  5. Mash with a fork until smooth.
  6. Add lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Stir until fully blended and creamy.
  8. Spoon or pipe the mixture into the egg white halves.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
