A creamy and tangy avocado lime ranch dressing perfect for salads and tacos.
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 small avocado, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Zest of 1 lime
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (replacing red wine vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, more to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small food processor or blender. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt, lime, or cilantro to preference.
