Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
Instructions
- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
- Chill the mashed bananas in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Form small balls from the chilled banana mixture.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate.
- Roll the chocolate-coated balls in crushed nuts or coconut flakes.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill until set for about 1 hour.
