Description

Buffalo Chicken Burgers are a flavorful twist on traditional burgers, made with ground chicken and spicy buffalo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup celery, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ghee, cold and cut into small chunks
  • Butter lettuce or burger bun of choice
  • Optional toppings: sliced green onions, extra buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  1. Add all burger ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until just combined.
  3. Lightly oil your hands and shape mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Place patties on a plate, cover, and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes.
  5. Preheat grill to 400–450°F and prepare grates with aluminum foil and oil spray.
  6. Cook patties on foil over direct heat for 5–7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160–165°F.
  7. Let patties rest for 5–10 minutes and build burgers with your favorite toppings.
