- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- In a large bowl, mix beef, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Top with frozen tater tots.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.

- For extra flavor, add garlic powder to the beef mixture.
