  4. While the tea steeps, heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.

  6. Warm until hot but not boiling.
  7. Gently whisk the milk to create a light froth.
  8. Remove the tea bag from the mug.
  9. Pour the warm milk into the tea.
  10. Stir in cherry syrup and vanilla syrup.
