Description
A delicious and easy Chicken Caesar Wrap filled with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1½ cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
- ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup homemade croutons
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, chopped chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add more dressing if desired.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan over medium heat for 15–30 seconds per side until pliable, or microwave between paper towels for 15–30 seconds.
- Lay the tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the salad mixture evenly among them, placing it in the center.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly, burrito-style. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Cut in half or serve whole.
Notes
- Best enjoyed fresh, but the ingredients can be prepared ahead of time.
- Warm tortillas prevent cracking when rolling.
