A delicious and easy Chicken Caesar Wrap filled with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1½ cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
  • ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
  • ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup homemade croutons
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, chopped chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well to coat evenly.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add more dressing if desired.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a pan over medium heat for 15–30 seconds per side until pliable, or microwave between paper towels for 15–30 seconds.
  4. Lay the tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the salad mixture evenly among them, placing it in the center.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly, burrito-style. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
  6. Cut in half or serve whole.

Notes

  • Best enjoyed fresh, but the ingredients can be prepared ahead of time.
  • Warm tortillas prevent cracking when rolling.
