Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 45 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or canola)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, red onion, cilantro, and barbecue sauce. Mix well. Add more sauce if desired.
  2. Place about 1/2 cup of the mixture onto each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom.
  4. Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
  5. Cook, turning every 1–2 minutes, until golden, crispy on all sides, and heated through.
  6. Serve immediately.
