Crispy BBQ Chicken Wraps are a delicious and easy meal option, perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (adjust to taste)
- 4–5 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or canola)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, red onion, cilantro, and barbecue sauce. Mix well. Add more sauce if desired.
- Place about 1/2 cup of the mixture onto each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom.
- Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook, turning every 1–2 minutes, until golden, crispy on all sides, and heated through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Great served with fresh vegetables and dip, a green salad, or baked sweet potato fries.
- Rotisserie chicken works especially well for convenience and flavor.
- Adjust barbecue sauce quantity based on how saucy you prefer the filling.
