Crispy BBQ Chicken Wraps are a delicious and easy meal, perfect for lunch or dinner.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, chopped
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 4–5 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, red onion, cilantro, and BBQ sauce. Add more sauce if needed, to taste.
- Lay out a tortilla and spread about ½ cup of the chicken mixture along one edge. Roll the tortilla up, folding in the sides like a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook, turning every 1–2 minutes, until the wraps are golden brown, crispy on all sides, and warmed through.
- Serve immediately with a side of fresh chopped veggies, a green salad, or baked sweet potato fries.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add more veggies to the filling.
- Adjust BBQ sauce to your taste preference.
