Description

Crispy BBQ Chicken Wraps are a delicious and easy meal, perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 45 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, red onion, cilantro, and BBQ sauce. Add more sauce if needed, to taste.
  2. Lay out a tortilla and spread about ½ cup of the chicken mixture along one edge. Roll the tortilla up, folding in the sides like a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
  4. Cook, turning every 1–2 minutes, until the wraps are golden brown, crispy on all sides, and warmed through.
  5. Serve immediately with a side of fresh chopped veggies, a green salad, or baked sweet potato fries.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Feel free to add more veggies to the filling.
