Description
A delicious and easy treat made in a slow cooker, perfect for parties or gift-giving.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds white almond bark
- 2 cups dry roasted salted peanuts
- 1 1/2 cups mini pretzels, roughly chopped
- 1 cup caramel bits
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Place almond bark, peanuts, and chopped pretzels into the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour. Do not stir during this time.
- Once the almond bark is fully melted, turn off the slow cooker and stir thoroughly to coat the peanuts and pretzels evenly.
- Stir in caramel bits and mini marshmallows. Mix until marshmallows soften and everything is well combined.
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Drop about 2 tablespoons of mixture per cluster onto the parchment.
- Immediately add sprinkles if desired.
- Let clusters sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour, or refrigerate to set faster.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
- Use chocolate almond bark instead of white for a different flavor.
- Swap caramel bits for 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Try different nuts like cashews, pecans, or walnuts.
- Replace pretzels with Rice Krispies, Cheerios, or Chex cereal.
- Double the peanuts and skip pretzels for extra nutty clusters.
