  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Make the mustard-herb sauce: In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare the salmon: Place the salmon on the lined tray and generously spread the mustard-herb mixture over the top of the fillet.
