  • 1 lb russet potatoes (2 large or 3 medium)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and peel them if desired. Cut into even-sized fries, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Make sure each fry is evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Adjust cooking time for your preferred crispiness.
