Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3½ Tbsp all-purpose flour, heat-treated
  • 12 Tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Heat-treat the flour (important for safety).
  2. Place flour in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave for 90 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds.
  4. Allow flour to cool completely before using.
  5. In a small bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  6. Mix in vanilla extract and heavy cream.
  7. Stir in the cooled flour and a pinch of salt.
  8. Fold in chocolate chips.
  9. Eat immediately or chill for a firmer texture.
