Easy Edible Cookie Dough for One
Ingredients
Scale
- 1½ Tbsp butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- ½ Tbsp granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
- Pinch of salt
- 3½ Tbsp all-purpose flour, heat-treated
- 1–2 Tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Heat-treat the flour (important for safety).
- Place flour in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave for 90 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds.
- Allow flour to cool completely before using.
- In a small bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla extract and heavy cream.
- Stir in the cooled flour and a pinch of salt.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Eat immediately or chill for a firmer texture.
Notes
- Safe to eat raw because the flour is heat-treated and there are no eggs.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
