Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and sugar.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
