A simple and delicious twist on traditional tiramisu using pound cake.
Ingredients

- 1 pound cake, sliced
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip each pound cake slice into the coffee and layer it in a dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cake slices.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use fresh coffee for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
