- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

- Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add diced onion, garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
- Stir in shredded cabbage and carrots. Cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and sriracha. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

- Serve hot, topped with green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds, and crispy wonton strips if desired.
Notes
- Ground beef should be fully browned before adding liquids for best flavor.
- For a lighter version, use lean ground beef.
- You can skip wonton strips for a lower-carb option.
- Adjust sriracha to control the spice level.
