  • Tzatziki sauce (Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, fresh dill)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Pound the chicken to an even thickness and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and dill in a separate bowl.
  4. Cook rice or quinoa according to package directions and prepare the vegetables.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Cook the marinated chicken for about 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let the chicken rest, then slice.
