- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 package 16 oz frozen corn (or 3 cups fresh corn kernels)
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese softened
- ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the honey until combined.
- Pour in the corn and stir well to coat with the honey butter. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is hot and slightly caramelized.
- Reduce the heat to low. Add the cream cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the cream cheese melts and blends into the corn, creating a creamy glaze.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy immediately.

- Adjust salt and pepper to your taste.
