Ingredients

- 1 cup lemon cake mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix lemon cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 25 minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to make a glaze.
- Crumble the cooled cake into small pieces.
- Mix crumbled cake with the glaze until combined.
- Form small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Melt white chocolate chips and dip each cake ball into the chocolate.
- Set the chocolate-coated cake balls back on the baking sheet to harden.
