Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemon cake mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix lemon cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Let the cake cool completely.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to make a glaze.
  6. Crumble the cooled cake into small pieces.
  7. Mix crumbled cake with the glaze until combined.
  8. Form small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  9. Melt white chocolate chips and dip each cake ball into the chocolate.
  10. Set the chocolate-coated cake balls back on the baking sheet to harden.
