Ingredients

- 1 chicken filet (such as Just Bare or similar)
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Grill, bake, or pan-fry the chicken filet until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Let rest for a few minutes, then slice.
- Scoop ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese into a serving bowl.
- Place sliced chicken on top of the cottage cheese. Drizzle ranch dressing and BBQ sauce evenly over the chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese on top.
- Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for meal prep.
