- 1–1½ lb Brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved
- 1½ tbsp olive oil (or more as needed)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Set to 450°F (230°C).
- Prep Brussels sprouts: Clean, dry, and slice them in half.
- Season: Toss sprouts in olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roast: Place the sprouts cut-side down on the sheet pan and roast for 25 minutes.
- Finish: Remove from oven, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and maple syrup, and toss to coat evenly.
- Optional: Sprinkle with flaky salt before serving.
