- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract, flour, and salt.
- Blend in brewed coffee until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let the brownies cool completely.
- For the frosting, mix powdered sugar, softened butter, milk, and instant coffee until smooth.
- Spread frosting over cooled brownies.
