Description
No-bake cookies made with chocolate, peanut butter, and oats.
Ingredients

- ½ cup unsalted butter, cut into tablespoon pieces
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 cups quick oats
Instructions
- Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir occasionally and bring to a rolling boil.
- Once boiling across the entire surface, let it boil for exactly 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and immediately stir in the peanut butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in the quick oats until fully coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture (about 2 tablespoons each) onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Let the cookies sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes, until cooled and set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
- Freeze for longer storage.
