A simple and delicious no-bake cheesecake inspired by Timbit flavors.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup crushed Timbit donuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in the crushed Timbit donuts.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
- Use your favorite Timbit flavors for variety.
- For a firmer texture, refrigerate overnight.
